Yes, there are some important points to ensure a correct iXBRL conversion:

Do not use images for tables
Sometimes Excel tables are pasted as images in Word or PDF. This is not allowed because images cannot be tagged and will appear as images in iXBRL. Always paste tables as real tables. If necessary, we can assist you.

PDF must be editable
A scanned PDF cannot be processed. Always provide an editable PDF.

Fonts and colors
Use standard fonts or include non-standard fonts. Use colors in the RGB color space.

PDF/A-1a compliance
Ensure your PDF complies with the PDF/A-1a standard.

No hidden characters
Remove hidden characters from the document before submission.

While we always strive to accommodate your needs flexibly, we recommend contacting us in advance. This allows us to carefully schedule your request and ensure that the conversion of your annual report is completed on time.

We provide the iXBRL version of your annual report for review, giving you the opportunity to verify the accuracy of the tags.
Do you have questions or comments? We handle them promptly and carefully. Once you are satisfied, you can share the report with your auditor for review and — if applicable — the addition of the auditor's report.
Any feedback or questions from the auditor can also be forwarded directly to us. We ensure prompt handling so that every step in the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Filing through our service is not mandatory.
You may also choose to file the iXBRL annual report yourself via the Chamber of Commerce website using the upload functionality (authentication and authorization required).
Some auditors also offer their clients the option to electronically file the annual report directly via their own client portal. In that case, you can use the iXBRL file we provide for that route, without us filing on your behalf.

You can share your annual report with us in two ways: via our secure upload portal or by email.

Upload portal
You will receive a personal upload link to our secure portal. This is the most direct and secure way to share your files with us.

Email
If desired, you can also send us your annual report by email. We recommend using encrypted email or a password-protected ZIP file.

Whichever method you choose: data security is our highest priority. We adhere to strict standards to process your information securely and maintain our clients' trust.

Access to sensitive information is strictly limited to staff directly involved in the conversion process.
All team members handling your annual report have signed a confidentiality agreement. They declare that they use information solely within their work responsibilities and do not share it for personal purposes.

They also confirm annually that they — and their close family members — have no (financial) interests in our clients. Any changes in this status must be reported immediately.
This way, we ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data throughout the entire process.
